With a production culture based on quality, our team will guide you through all the steps of the production process, from the initial concept to the sampling and the final product.
How a ski, snowmobile, motocross and mtb mask is born.
1. CONCEPT
Development of the initial idea with a sketch and 3D design. Upon requests we can produce a soft wearable prototype for performing preliminary tests.
2. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
CAD DESIGN 3D design developed taking into account the requested performances and the production process used
3. TOOL MANUFACTURY
Molds production
4. SAMPLING
Production of short batches of products for refiew and final approval before production.
5. PRODUCTION
The average lead time for a complete product development, from sketch to production is four months. Our company can produce over 5,000 units per day, regardless of the complexity of the product.
WORK FLOW
1. FRAME AND DETAILS INJECTION
Made through presses of different sizes depending on the material and component size.
2. PAINTING / HYDROFILM
Takes place inside a clean room in the total absence of dust so as to eliminate any possible contamination and therefore potential defects.
3. FOAM APPLICATION
The facial support and the ventilation filters are glued to the frame, using a water-based adhesive and without releasing any sort chemical agents.
4. CUT AND SEAMS STRAP
Sewn according to the desired length and finished with allcomponents: patches, silicone logos, labels and micro-injections. We can also offer ultrasonic welding to connect end parts to the frame.
5. LENS CUTTING AND ASSEMBLY
The lenses are cut with a high precision CNC machine, then assembled with a double-sided foams or water-resistant glues in order to guarantee perfect sealing of the volume between the two lenses and maximize antifog performances.
6. FINAL ASSEMBLY
All components are assembled together, strap and lens into frame, and finally the finished goggle are packed into individual boxes and master cartons ready to ship.
TECHNOLOGIES
We offer goggles and glasses with different wearability, materials and colors, combining elements of high technology with components of great aesthetic appeal. Our technologies include toric, spherical, cylindrical, polarizing, photo-chromatic lenses, automatic painting, hydrofilm, bi-injection, magnetic and mechanical hooks, over-molding and everything that represents state-of-the-art in the ski goggles and motorcycle’s industry.
Painting
Glossy and matte painting
Hydrofilm
The print is on a thin water-soluble film and allows you to paint evenly and seamlessly on every shape, even the most complicated.
Masked painting
Masked painting frames treatment
Pad printing
It is an indirect print that allows you to print with high definition, even in multiple colors.
LENSES
- Cylindrical, spherical, toric;
- Single, double;
- Anti-fog treatments, made with the most modern coating or lamination technologies, able to guarantee maximum performance in terms of resistance to fog;
- Lens carriers, mechanical or magnetic;
- Standard mirror: mirror made in single layer vacuum (PVD);
- Multilayer mirror, mirror made in high vacuum (PVD) with multiple layers and available in different colors;
- Polarized, thanks to a vertical nano-filtering structure, these lenses significantly reduce or eliminate the reflected light energy, which disturbs vision;
- Photochromic, they are lenses which, when exposed to sunlight, gets darker making the lens efficient in all lighting conditions;
- Hydrophobic, it is a transparent coating applied on the lenses to reject water and dust, keeping lens always clear in all conditions;
- Tear-off, multi-layer systems of tear-off lenses suitable for motocross and enduro in rain and mud conditions;
- Roll-off, systems with a film that slides on the lens to remove water and dirt, for motocross and enduro masks.
